CONFLICT RESOLUTION is one of the critical keys to good management. This means in your business and personal life. If you can't resolve a conflict yourself, do not let it run on or ignore it. It usually gets worse and it could kill you or your business. It's just not worth it. If it's broken, get to it as soon as practical and fix it.
