| Why Workshops? They're super for covering a lot of ground in a specified amount of time for many people with a common interest. Bob conducts workshops for executives, middle managers and those important others in the everyday trenches. They emphasize the exchange of ideas and the demonstration and application of techniques and skills. Communicating with others, exploring value differences, team-building, conflict resolution, diversity, leadership & management development, productivity, customer service, and coping with stress are a few of the workshops Bob leads. Just because you may be involved with a one-on-one coaching session, don't think you're not in a workshop! You are because you'll work very hard in finding your own answers to some of life's very tough questions. |
